Powers:
Deadly Scream-Pluto says this to produce a massive sonic blast which can destroy some structures, and (of course) disable opponents. This is also the only attack of any Sailor Soldiers that is whispered!
Chronos Typhoon-This is basically the Pluto equivalent of Uranus' Space Sword Blaster. It's a buffed attack in other words! (manga only)
Garnet Ball-Pluto says this to create a force-field with the Garnet Orb. (manga only)
Dark Dome Close-This is the phrase Pluto uses to permanently seal the gates of time. This should obviously only be used in very extreme circumstances. (manga only)
Time Stop-Pluto says this to stop the flow of time. This is a forbidden power, and should only be used under the most extreme of circumstances.
